Eddie Chan
Trainee Instructor - Swing (Lindy Hop/Balboa/Charleston)
Ever since Eddie did his first social dance course at UQSport in 2001, he has fallen in love with all forms of partner dancing. Over the years he has done a variety of courses in Tango, Latin, and Modern Jive, but his main passion remains with Swing Dancing,which he also started at UQSport in 2005.

Eddie’s achievements over the years include being part of the Swing Dance Brisbane demo troupe from 2007-2008, travelling interstate to learn from famous international instructors such as Skye and Frida, and competing in the Australian Balboa Championships Jack and Jill competition in 2009.

Eddie’s belief that dancing is all about  having fun and meeting new people makes swing dancing easy to learn and enjoyable.
